Frequently Asked Questions
Am I locked into a contract?
No, this is a month to month membership program. You are given instant access and if you choose to cancel at any time, no further funds will be deducted and your membership access will cease at the end of the monthly period paid.
When Do the Programs Start?
These are self-paced programs with the aspect of a LIVE monthly call each month. You will have access to the first module of each course upon signup. The rest of the course program is then structured to 'drip' down with access to you each week until the completion of each course.
What if I can't be there for the LIVE calls?
All calls are held at 3pm Brisbane (AEST) time on the second Sunday of each month. You will receive a reminder email both 24hrs and 1hr before the call begins with the zoom call link to participate. Here you can ask questions about any of the course content, how it applies to your chart, get Kelly's eyes on your chart and expand your learnings. All calls are recorded and uploaded into the Monthly Membership.
What is the Payment Schedule?
Payment of $147 will be deducted at the time of signup and then on the same date each month of initial signup. To cancel simply email info@spiritualbadassacademy. No further payments will be taken and your access will cease at the end of the month paid. You can cancel at any time, however no pro-rata refunds are available.
