Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Spiritual Badass Academy, operated by Peace of Eden Holistic Health Pty Ltd ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual identified in the membership application ("Member," "you," or "your").

1. Membership Benefits

Members receive the following benefits:

Access to designated Academy content and resources.
Participation in scheduled live Academy calls and replays.
Monthly Payment locked in for the life of the membership.
Access to the entire suite of courses within the Spiritual Badass Academy.

Access to all future programs and guest speaker Live events.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

Your monthly membership fee will remain fixed at the rate established at your initial enrolment date. This rate is guaranteed only with continuous membership. Payments will be automatically processed on the same calendar date of each month corresponding to your signup date. If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, your new membership will be subject to current pricing at the time of re-enrolment. Failure to pay fees within 3 attempts of the Stripe payment system may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Term and Termination

Membership begins on the date of enrolment and continues on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel at any time by sending written notice to [email protected]. The Academy reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of rules or policies.

4. Refund Policy.

No pro-rata refunds will be offered. Once you cancel your membership it will take effect at the end of that membership period for the month. For instance if you sign up on the 5th January and cancel your membership it will take effect from the last day of the membership period, eg the 4th of February.

5. Rules and Regulations

Members agree to comply with all Academy rules and regulations. Members agree not to share access credentials or content with non-members

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content provided through the Spiritual Badass Academy is protected under Australian copyright law. All intellectual property contained within the Spiritual Badass Academy is owned exclusively by Peace of Eden Holistic Health Pty Ltd and Kelly Wotherspoon. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Academy content without prior written consent Unauthorised use of Academy materials may result in termination of membership and potential legal action.

7. Liability Waiver

Members acknowledge risks associated with participation in Academy activities. Members waive claims against the Academy for injuries or damages except those arising from gross negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

Your information will not be given to any other person, company, or entity without express written consent from the Member OR in event of legal investigation and command of the Court. We respect your information and take measure to ensure your information remains protected at all times.

9. Modifications

The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
