Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & Booking Policy

Retreat spaces require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit confirms your commitment to attend and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Remaining payments must follow the agreed payment schedule provided at the time of booking. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All retreat bookings are non-refundable. However, participants may request the following transfers:

• Transfer to another person: Bookings may be transferred to another person at any time up until the retreat start date at no additional cost
• Transfer to another retreat (more than 45 days before retreat): Bookings may be transferred to another Academy retreat with no penalty, provided the request is made more than 45 days before the original retreat date
• Transfer to another retreat (less than 45 days before retreat): If a transfer to another retreat is requested within 45 days of the original retreat date, the participant will forfeit 50% of the full retreat fee. The remaining 50% will be applied as credit toward the new retreat

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation to protect your investment.

3. Retreat Cancellation by the Academy

The Academy reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to insufficient participation, major events, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.

In the event of cancellation by the Academy, participants will be offered transfer options or credits toward future retreats or Academy offerings. The Academy is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation costs.

4. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with retreat activities, including but not limited to breathwork, esoteric acupuncture, sound healing, ceremony and outdoor experiences.

Participants waive all liability claims against the Academy, its facilitators and staff, except in cases of gross negligence. Personal safety remains the responsibility of each participant at all times. All staff maintain First Aid training per Australian standards.

5. Health & Fitness

Participants confirm they are in adequate physical and mental health to participate in retreat activities. All medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements and medications must be disclosed prior to the retreat.

The Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if a health condition poses a risk to the participant or others.

6. Retreat Conduct

Participants must follow facilitator guidelines and respect fellow retreat guests at all times.

The Academy reserves the right to ask participants to leave the retreat without refund for disruptive behaviour, harassment of other participants, or violation of retreat policies.

7. Photography & Marketing

The Academy may photograph or video retreat activities and participants for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in marketing materials, please advise in writing prior to the retreat.

8. Intellectual Property

All retreat content, materials and teachings are protected by copyright and owned by Peace of Eden Holistic Health Pty Ltd and Kelly Wotherspoon. Recording of sessions requires prior written consent from the Academy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
