We are staying in the most amazing retreat space on the Isla Mujeres: 'The Island of Women' in the Caribbean off the coast of the Yukatan Peninsula near Cancun Mexico.
The space has 10 bedrooms, and for the first time Kelly and Kane will be staying onsite for you to have access to 24/7 for support for the duration of the retreat.
The Caribbean is our playground, and with the space being beachfront you will have easy access to swim, kayak and paddle board at your leisure. This trip we have scheduled in space for free time to explore as well as FUN activities together which always solidifies lifelong friendships made on your journey.
Daily Itinerary
What's Planned For This Adventure??
Arrive & Settle In
You will be collected from Cancun airport and taken to the ferry where you will be brought to the space.
Once you have unpacked and settled in, we will open the space in circle before sharing our first meal together. All of our meals will be provided by gourmet chefs onsite and served buffet style. All dietary requirements will be taken before you arrive so we can ensure great health for the duration of the journey together.
After dinner we will open up for our first group esoteric acupuncture session. Here we will help you to ground into your body and relax the mind for a restful sleep on your first night before your first big journey tomorrow!
Connect & Expand
After another mouthwatering meal from our chef, we will settle in for the first of two big breath journeys. Journey beyond the realms of the mind and allow the release from the body that naturally comes with so many journeys in the .
To integrate the experience of the morning you will have the afternoon to explore the island and connect to each other. There are life long connections that will be made during this retreat, connect to each other and deepen your understanding of yourself and each other.
Day Trip Contoy Island
Today we enjoy ourselves!
We are going by boat to Contoy Island for a day of fun in the sun. You can snorkel and swim, or sunbaked and chill. Lunch will be brought with us and enjoyed on the island.
When we return we can wash off the sun and come together for our evening meal.
After dinner we come together in circle. Heart opening cacao will be served and the journey so far shared together.
Meeting at the halfway point is such a crucial part of the journey together. Sitting in circle where you can be seen and heard is an incredibly healing experience.
We Go Deeper
After breakfast we come together for a FUN lesson in manifestation from Kelly. Learn some of the tools that she uses on a daily basis to confirm the direction from Spirit. Make sure your steps are sure to speed up your manifestations.. Surety and trust in yourself is what you will receive from this session together.
After lunch we will once again dive deep with esoteric acupuncture, sound healing and channelled meditation from Kelly. This is the final group acupuncture session.
Following another sumptuous meal together we will celebrate the journey so far with a wonderful fire ceremony on the beach at the front of our space. A treat performance from the staff.
Sunset Cruise
In the morning of our last full day together we come together as a group to move through our final deep dive in breath work. A beautiful soundscape will be provided for you, and of course on hand support from Kelly and Kane for your final release, however that appears for you.
After you have had time to integrate and come back down to earth we get dressed and ready to party!
We are leaving from our private dock in a Catamaran for a sunset cruise. Included with a food and drinks package it's time to let our hair down and celebrate each other and all of the transformational work you have put in.

Closing the Space
To close the space we pack up and prepare for our departure after breakfast.
Once we are organised we sit together in circle one final time to honour each other and the deep journey we have been on.
After closing the space we will give you the option to provide a video testimonial before you leave the space, telling others what they can look forward to if ever they choose to enter the space with Kelly and Kane to transform through a retreat in future.

I’m Kelly Wotherspoon, your facilitator for the duration of this retreat. I am first and foremost a teacher, a way-shower. I have been a naturopath and worked in clinical practice for 10 years, teaching wellness in body, mind and spirit. My husband and partner in crime, Kane Rawle, is a multi-modality facilitator and provides group esoteric acupuncture and breathwork by my side.

If there is one think Kelly is known for on retreats, it's the DELICIOUS 5-star meals that are always provided. With an onsite chef at our disposal for the duration of the retreat, this experience will be no different.

Day 1
Breakfast:
Smoothie: strawberry, banana and regular or coconut milk.
Green juice: spinach, cucumber and parsley
Fresh water: cantaloupe
Seasonal fruit.
Hot cake with strawberries.
Avocado toast made with home-made bread.
Scrambed eggs mexican style with onion, tomatoand chili.
Lunch:
Fresh water: natural orange limonade.
Salad: Green mix, lentils, cherry tomato, panellacheese and ciboulette.
Dip: roasted eggplant caviar and roasted garlicwith veggie sticks.
Stuffed poblano chilli with GF bechamel, cheese,corn and onion; and the traditional ground beef stuffing.
Cous cous with chicken and vegetables.
Grilled chicken breast.
Dinner:
Fresh water: Watermelon
Salad: Garbanzo beans, quinoa, red fruits and cashews.
Salad: Quinoa salad, spinach, corn, beets, breadcroutons and grilled Tofu Veracruzana style fish with rice.
Papas bravas, wide cubes then fried in oil and served warm with a spicy sauce, with grilled chicken.
Dessert:
Homemade banana ice cream.
Day 2
Breakfast:
Smoothie: red fruits with soy milk
Green juice: chaya and orange juice
Fresh water: pineaple and mint.
Seasonal fruit. Waffles and walnuts.
Lunch:
Fresh water: hibiscus
Salad: green mix, beetroot, yellow pepper,and citrus
Dip: guacamole with roasted pineaple andpico de gallo.
Lentil and mashed potatos caserole. Yakimeshi rice with vegetables andshrimp.
Grilled chicken breast.
Dinner:
Fresh water: cucumber lemonade.
Salad: green mix, mango, croutons, cherrytomato, almonds and black olives
Salad: Potato salad, celery, green apple and vegan mayonnaise with capers
Traditional lasagna: several layers of lasagna sheets with sauce, meat or vegetables and cheese
Musaka with grilled eggplant and zuccini, red tomato and bechamel sauce.
Dessert:
Rice pudding.
Day 3
Breakfast:
Smoothie: pasion fruit and orange juice
Green juice: maca and blueberries
Fresh water: watermelon and basil.
Seasonal fruit.
Waffle with chaya
French toast.
Fritatta with vegetables.
Lunch:
Fresh water: Fresh juice of pinapple and ginger
Salad: mix lettuce with palm heart, roasted pear and blue chesse crusted with nuts Dip: beetroot and almond cream with salty croutone
Main dish
1.- saute veggies
2.- mexican dish: skirt steak and chicken breast, roasted panela chesse, mexican cactus, baby onions, white rice, tomatoe red sauce
Dinner:
Fresh water: tamarind
Salad: mix lettuce, beetroot, brie chesse, cucumber slices, tomato, avocado
Salad: black olives, panela chesse, peanuts, chickpea
Main: tikin-xic fish, marinara chicken breast, cuban rice(beans and fried plantain), adobados shrimps.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Refund Policy?
The $555USD deposit one paid is not refundable. Once you have booked your spot, it might be a good idea to take out travel insurance should anything unexpected pop up. If you choose to cancel, a refund will be held until your spot is filled. It is not the responsibility of Peace of Eden Pty Ltd to fill a spot when cancelled, however we will do our best to assist you in this process. Any cancellations within 6 weeks of retreat start date are non-refundable. If your would like to transfer your spot to someone else this is permitted under the discretion of Peace of Eden Holistic Health Pty Ltd.

Can I Bring A Friend to Share The Room?
Absolutely! If you would like to share the experience with a bestie, then you absolutely can! Just let Kelly know when booking your names so she can room you together.
Are There Payment Plans?
Absolutely! If you would like to arrange a payment plan, ALL payment plans are custom and finalised with an in person chat with Kelly after you have paid your deposit.
