Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Benefits

As a Member of Spiritual Badass Academy, you will receive:

• Access to all Academy content and resources
• Participation in live calls and access to replays
• Locked-in monthly pricing for life at your enrolment rate
• Complete access to all current courses
• Access to all future programs and courses released into the Academy
• Membership to the private Facebook community
• Access to Aurora, your AI spiritual guide
• Early access to retreat bookings and member-only offers

2. Membership Fees & Payment

Your monthly membership fee will remain fixed at the rate established at your initial enrolment date. Automatic monthly payments will be processed on the anniversary of your sign-up date.

Members who cancel and later re-join will be required to pay the current membership rate at the time of re-enrolment.

If payment fails three consecutive times, your membership may be suspended or terminated. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure payment details are current.

3. Term & Termination

Membership is month-to-month beginning at the date of enrolment. Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].

The Academy reserves the right to terminate any membership for violations of these terms, community guidelines, or disruptive behaviour.

4. Refund Policy

No pro-rata refunds will be offered. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period. For example, if you sign up on January 5th and cancel on January 20th, your access will continue until February 4th.

5. Rules & Regulations

Members must comply with all Academy rules and community guidelines. Sharing login credentials or distributing Academy content to non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content within the Academy is protected under Australian copyright law and is owned by Peace of Eden Holistic Health Pty Ltd and Kelly Wotherspoon. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of Academy content may result in membership termination and legal action.

7. Liability Waiver

Members acknowledge the inherent risks associated with spiritual and holistic practices and participate at their own discretion. The Academy and its facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

Member information is treated with strict confidentiality. Personal details will not be shared with third parties without express written consent, except as required during legal proceedings.

9. Modifications

The Academy may modify these terms from time to time with reasonable notice. Continued membership following notification of changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
