What is the Refund Policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 48hrs before your chosen time. Any cancellations or no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
What if I Want an In-person Session
No problem! Simply return email to the confirmation email you receive and state that you would like to see Kelly in person. The address will be sent to you 48hrs before your chosen time.
