I’m Kelly Wotherspoon, your facilitator for the duration of this retreat. I am first and foremost a teacher, a way-shower. I have been a naturopath and worked in clinical practice for 10 years, teaching wellness in body, mind and spirit.

This exclusive retreat is only available to 12 special souls! It’s time to show upon as the highest version of yourself. You're most authentic you, and it’s through this specialised program I have created that you will receive just that.

This retreat is centred around nourishment. Nourishment in mind, body and spirit. It's time to give back to yourself. Allowing rest gives us permission to let go and... expand!

Healing body, mind and spirit is my jam. It’s what I do. I have been using esoteric acupuncture and sound therapy throughout my own healing journey and can attest to the profound shifts that come as the reward to surrendering through the experience. Which is why I'm bringing it with me!

The retreat will commence with a cleansing ceremony as you are welcomed into the space and get settled.

We will then sit in circle and set intentions for the weekend together. Kelly will then teach you a spiritual prayer for the tone of the weekend which you will learn and we will sing together many times over the retreat.

After the circle we will settle in with a sound healing and esoteric acupuncture session with myself and my beautiful husband, Kane.

We then sit down to a beautiful dinner catered by a highly respected chef, Nick, creator of Thistle in the Woods on the Sunshine Coast.

On the second day, guests will start their day by participating in a morning movement session led by the gorgeous Abbie of Wild Yoga, followed by a chef catered breakfast.

After breakky settle in for a deep dive into a Breathwork session with Kane whilst Kelly holds space and brings more sound for you.

After integrating with a delicious meal, Kelly will open up her teaching session to dive into manifestation through the body. The body is the key! And often, sadly, what is left out of the manifestation processes taught by so many spiritual leaders.

Following a beautiful, expansive day we will get ready to go out and CELEBRATE!

All retreat guests will enjoy a delicious 3 course meal at the stunning Kondalilla Restaurant for our celebration dinner on the Saturday night.

Sunday morning will once again begin with morning movement and meditation with Abbie, followed by a delicious breakfast before we pack up and come together for our last circle together.

We will enjoy reflections and honouring each other as we close the space and head back to reality.

The expansive property boasts views of the Hinterlands and provides comfort and all the homely necessities for your expansion during your stay.

On Saturday night we will be enjoying a celebration dinner at the renown Kondalilla Eco Resort Restaurant. This is a beautiful experience and gives us all the chance to connect and let our hair down after the deep dive the weekend will bring.

What is the Refund Policy?

With such limited spots available I have a strict no refund policy. Once you have booked your spot, it might be a good idea to take out travel insurance should anything unexpected pop up. Further details are available to review under our Terms and Conditions.

When Do We Find Out The Address?

The address will be issued out 7 days prior to the retreat giving you plenty of time to organise transport.

Can I Bring A Friend to Share The Room?

Absolutely! If you would like to share the experience with a bestie, then you absolutely can! Just let Kelly know when booking your two names so she can room you together.
